Here are some pictures from our 4D appointment today. We've discovered that Grayson has MY feet (my 2nd toe is longer than my big toe) and the rest of him looks like Chris....FOR NOW! :) He seems to be favoring his left hand at the moment, and LOVES to chew and suck on my umbilical chord! It was SO AMAZING to watch him move a lot and see him smile so many times.... and the fact that we got to share the moment with my parents and his dad.... so amazing!

So...I'll start the "blog" here...whatever that means. Is that a new verb -- "to blog?" It was awesome to see our grandson flipping around and having a great 'ole time. He's pretty cute for a "triffid." Anyway...we have many more memories to make together and I am looking forward to each and every one of them. Thanks for including us in your special moment. ma (& soon to be "grammy" ...????)
It is amazing to me how clear the sonograms are. "Back in the day" we had no such thing! Of course, it was also the time when no one wanted to tell the sex of the baby. Everyone wanted it to be a surprise so both boys and girls wore a lot of yellow and green at first.
